During Easter holidays, there will be changes in the work of public transport, parking lots and customer service centres
„Rīgas satiksme” informs that during Easter holidays, from April 15 to April 18, there will be changes in the work of public transport, municipal parking lots and customer service centres, as well as in the procedure of use of the workday one-month tickets.
Public transport
During Easter holidays, on April 15, 16, 17 and 18, public transport (bus, tram, trolleybus) will run according to the day-off schedule. Passengers who have purchased workday one-month tickets are kindly requested to note that on Friday, April 15, and on Monday, April 18, the one-month tickets intended for all days of the week or the time tickets for the days-off will be valid.
Customer service centres
On Thursday, April 14, the working hours of the customer service centre in Brīvības Street 49/53 will be from 8:00 until 17:00, the working hours of the centre in Spīķeru Street 1 - from 9:00 until 19:00, the other three customer service centres will work as usual on workdays – until 18:00.
On April 15, 17 and 18 all customer service centres will be closed.
On Saturday, April 16, the working hours of the customer service centre in Spīķeru Street 1 will be from 10:00 until 16:00, the other customer service centres will be closed on this day.
Parking lots
Paid parking lots maintained by „Rīgas satiksme”, on April 15, 17 and 18, will be availabe free of charge, except the underground parking lot in Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street 5a (near the Riga Congress Centre), where on public holidays, you must also pay according to the valid tariffs.
On Saturday, April 16, paid parking lots will work as usual on Saturdays – areas of zone A, B, C, D of the parking lots - from 9:00 until 17:00, and in Old Riga – from 6:00 until 24:00.
